- 1 cup brown sugar,
- ½ cup white sugar,
- 2 eggs, whisked,
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter,
- 1 tbsp cornstarch,
- 2 tbsp milk,
- 1 cup pecans, chopped,
- 1 tsp vanilla.
- Make the Basic Pie Dough for a single-crust pie, crimped.
- Make the Filling: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, stir well, then into the pie crust.
